NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-6142-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-33CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-33CB c/o Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, is Plaintiff and ANGELA GEISSMAN; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. o'clock a.m. on the 19th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
