NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004388-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and KATHRYN M. GAYLE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 95 MONTPELIER VILLAGE PHASE 1, WILLIAMSBURG AT ORANGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 41-43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
