NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-ca-008475-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH2 is the Plaintiff and GERALD T. LANDRUM; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., FKA CAPITAL ONE BANK; SOUTHCHASE PARCEL 1 COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHCHASE PARCELS 1 AND 6 MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; WETHERBEE ROAD ASSOCIATION, INC.; JACQUELINE LANDRUM; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of April, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ: LOT 68, SOUTHCHASE, UNIT 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 121-123, OF THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
