NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that on the 2nd of June, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk will offer for sale the real estate described as follows:
LOT 167, LEGACY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 76 THROUGH 83, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment entered in this cause on January 23, 2014 and Order dated March 3, 2015.
