Kiernan a/k/a Robert Henry Kiernan, deceased, Ellen Vurgaropulos, Charlotte County, Florida, Fawcett Memorial Hospital, Inc. d/b/a Fawcett Memorial Hospital, Jason Robert Finnegan, Jason Robert Finnegan a/k/a Jason R. Finnegan, as an heir of the estate of Robert H. Kiernan a/k/a Robert Henry Kiernan, deceased, Kimberly J. Dumas, as an heir of the estate of Robert H. Kiernan a/k/a Robert Henry Kiernan, deceased, Michelle P. Kiernan, as an heir of the estate of Robert H. Kiernan a/k/a Robert Henry Kiernan, deceased, Nicole Finnegan Hopkinson a/k/a Nicole F.
