NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-002449 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Kim M. Gaut, Bank of America, National Association, Capital One Bank (USA), National Association, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 24th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
