NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2015, and entered in 14002563CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-C, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and JOCELYN WALDRON SR.; VEL GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 17, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 222, OF VEL GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN AND DEFINED IN THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 23A THROUGH 23W, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH, AS AN APPURTENANCE TO SAID UNIT, AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 672 , AT PAGE 1063 THROUGH 1107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
