NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2015, and entered in 10001263CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and JEAN E. HUDEN F/K/A JEAN E. WELLER A/K/A JEAN E. SPENDER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE WILLIAM SPENDER, DECEASED; RICHARD W. SPENDER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE WILLIAM SPENDER, DECEASED; STEPHEN F. SPENDER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE WILLIAM SPENDER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEAN E. HUDEN F/K/A JEAN E. WELLER A/K/A JEAN E. SPENDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN F. SPENDER N/K/A ANAMARIA SPENDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD W. SPENDER N/K/A REBEKAH ANN SPENDER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT, CHARLOTTE COUNTY are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 20, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, 18 AND 19, BLOCK 97A, HARBOUR HEIGHTS, SECTION FOUR (REVISED), PART FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 79A AND 79B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
