NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001147-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Steven L. Heidel; Stacy Lee Heidel a/k/a Stacey Heidel; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the April 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2, ROYAL HARBOR, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
