NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-003231-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Holders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2004-J12, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-J12 is the Plaintiff and Michael A. Davio; Laura A. Davio; Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on April 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF TRACT 79, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 17, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 5 AND 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
