NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1402050CA of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., ON BEHALF OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC5 is Plaintiff and ROCCO DOTO A/K/A ROCCO F. DOTO; COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC; COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; STRATFORD PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; COLEEN DOTO A/K/A COLEEN M. DOTO; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH , UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., 11:00 a.m. on the April 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 2004, BUILDING 20, PHASE 6, COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN RECORDS BOOK 3690, PAGE 1203, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3716, PAGE 818, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3753, PAGE 1870, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
