NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, and entered in 112013CA0034280001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-56, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-56, is the Plaintiff and BRIAN TROUNG TRANG; TONYA HUONG LE TRANG A/K/A TONYA THU-HOUNGE LE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC. ACTING SOLEY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; UNKNOWN TENANTS 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; UNKNOWN TENANT 3; UNKNOWN TENANT 4 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM, on April 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT NO. 119, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 34, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
