NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2014, and entered in 11-2014-CA-000626-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OP1, is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN D. KING; DONNA S. KING A/K/A DONNA SUE KING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN D. KING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA S. KING A/K/A DONNA SUE KING are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL, , at 11:00 AM, on April 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH RANGE 27 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
