NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2014, and entered in 1400605CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and HALINA BAGINSKI A/K/A LINA BAGINSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HALINA BAGINSKI ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CRISS BAGINSKY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on April 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF TRACT 105, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 79, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
