NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th Day of March, 2015, entered in Case No. 1201810CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee, FKA The Bank of New York Trust Company, NA, As Trustee, as Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank NA as Trustee for RASC 2003KS2 is the Plaintiff and Annette J Lange; Unknown Spouse of Annette J. Lance; Suntrust Bank; Shenandoah Estates, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Tracy Lange; M.L. Shapiro, as Trustee of the 129 Blue Ridge Dr Trust; Unknown Beneficiaries of the 129 Blue Ridge Dr Trust are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 15 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 32, SHENANDOAH ESTATES, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 761, PAGE 191 AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 791, PAGE 1878, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 863, PAGE 1427, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1001, PAGE 1854, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1083, PAGE 1084, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1129, PAGE 1389, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1260, PAGE 1604 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1449, PAGE 1839 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
