NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 0909297CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 13 day of April, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
55 3RD STREET, BONITA SPRINGS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOT 38, BLOCK 5, BONITA SHORES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 1, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
