NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2015, and entered in 2012-CA-4134 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF REUBEN T. REINSTEIN A/K/A RUBEN T. REINSTEIN; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; JAMIE REINSTEIN GREIVER; LAIRD A. LILE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF REUBEN T. REINSTEIN A/K/A RUBEN T. REINSTEIN; TODD B. REINSTEIN; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM, on April 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 165 FEET OF TRACT 44, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGES 73 AND 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
