NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2015, and entered in 13 01008 CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein ALS VIII, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY H. WALKER A/K/A ANTHONY WALKER; SOUTH SEAS NORTHWEST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, INC.; MUTUAL OF OMAHA BANK, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO MARCO COMMUNITY BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY H. WALKER A/K/A ANTHONY WALKER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA GAYLE STEIN are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM, on April 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 702, SITUATED IN TOWER NO. 1, OF SOUTH SEAS NORTHWEST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, AS DESIGNATED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 889, PAGE 1634 THRU 1771, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
