Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on April 16, 2015, 11:00 a.m., in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 1711 situated in Tower No. 1 of South Seas Northwest Condominium Apartments of Marco Island, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 889, Page(s) 1634 through 1771, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Pursuant to the Final Decree of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
IBERIA BANK
vs.
ALESSIO LUIGI FIORE; ANNA PETROCCO-FIORE; SOUTH SEAS NORTHWEST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, INC., a Florida not-for-profit
corporation; and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY;
and the docket number which is 13-CA-001250.
