Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 21, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 8, WEDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 3-5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5146 WEDGE CT E, BRADENTON, FL 34203; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on April 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
