Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC., A Delaware Limited Liability Company, Plaintiff, and, SHIRLEY LONG, an individual; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, A/S/O BETHANNE CIESLAK, a foreign corporation; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am or as soon as possible thereafter on the 17th day of April, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, KIMMICK SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 133, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
