NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2013 CA 000246 AX Div. B of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for MANATEE County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and DENISE L. DUFFINA, BRIAN F. DUFFINA, BAYSHORE GARDENS HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., PALISADES COLLECTION LLC, TROPICANA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, ATLANTIC CREDIT AND FINANCE INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on April 17, 2015, beginning at 11:00 A.M., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in MANATEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 9, Block E, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION NO. 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page(s) 5,6, & 7, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
