NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001658-AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. MTGLQ Investors, L.P., Plaintiff and JOANNE ANOUX; RACHELLE ARNOUX, C/O JOEL ARNOUX, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE; ET AL, are defendants. R.B. Chips Shore, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this April 15th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, OAK HAVEN SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 167 THROUGH 172, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
