NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2015, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on April 16, 2015, the following described property:
Unit #D-29 of EL RANCHO VILLAGE, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1579, Pages 5501 - 5554, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
