NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2015, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on April 16, 2015, the following described property:
Unit #62, of SKYWAY VILLAGE ESTATES, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1396, Pages 1845 through 1908, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida (the “Unit”)

1971 FLAM, Vehicle Identification Number 1401617, Title Number 4565531 and all personal property located on or in the Unit
