NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 412014CA000302 of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR TRUMAN 2013 SC3 TITLE TRUST is Plaintiff and CHARLES ALEXANDER FORTH A/K/A CHARLES A. FORTH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES ALEXANDER FORTH A/K/A CHARLES A. FORTH; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 3; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 4; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 5; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 6; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO CHARLES ALEXANDER FORTH, A SINGLE MAN FROM ELIZABETH L. PATE, A SINGLE PERSON BY THAT DEED DATED 07/25/1978 AND RECORDED 07/25/1978 IN O.R. BOOK 913, AT PAGE 42 OF THE MANATEE COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO CHARLES ALEXANDER FORTH, A SINGLE MAN FROM CHARLES ALEXANDER FORTH, A SINGLE MAN BY THAT DEED DATED 10/05/1987 AND RECORDED 10/05/1987 IN O.R. BOOK 1199, AT PAGE 1537 OF THE MANATEE COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO CHARLES A. FORTH, A SINGLE MAN FROM CHARLES A. FORTH, A SINGLE MAN BY THAT DEED DATED 05/27/1988 AND RECORDED 05/27/1988 IN O.R. BOOK 1222, AT PAGE 2032 OF THE MANATEE COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
