NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 2009CA004301 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Roy W Johnson; Jerry H. Johnson a/k/a Jerry Johnson; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC ; United States of America; John and Jane Doe and Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF EAST 338 FEET OF THE N 1/2 OF THE N 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, OR MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED:
STARTING FROM THE NE CORNER OF N 1/2 OF THE N 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, THENCE WEST 263 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH 165 FEET, THENCE WEST 75 FEET, THENCE NORTH 165 FEET, THENCE EAST 75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS 25 FEET OFF NORTH SIDE FOR ROAD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
