NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 2014CA1408 of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, R. B. Chips Shore, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 28th day of April 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
SITUATE AND BEING IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF THE 18TH STREET EAST, FOUND BY MEASURING FROM THE NW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, EAST ALONG NORTH LINE OF SECTION 18, A DISTANCE OF 127.0 FEET, THENCE S 0 DEGREES 34' EAST ALONG THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY OF 18TH STREET EAST, 1212 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE WEST 108 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 34' EAST 108 FEET, THENCE EAST 102 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF 18TH STREET WEST, THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 34' WEST, 108 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
