RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 5, 2015 and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA007576AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and DIANE EULER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
East 20 feet of Lot 12 and all of Lot 13, Block 'K', FAIR LANE ACRES, THIRD ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 71 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, Together with 1985 Palm Manufactured Home VIN #23650176AU and #23650176BU situated thereon.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
