NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13 day of March, 2015 and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051197, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N. A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-H, is the Plaintiff and SHANNON SCOTT LOVELL A/K/A SHANNON S. LOVELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANNON SCOTT LOVELL A/K/A SHANNON S. LOVELL are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 11 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
