NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 18, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2013-CA-052045 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 17 day of April, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 12, Block 1, Parkwood II, Section 31, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 84, Public Records, Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
