NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR JONES A/K/A ARTHUR JONES, JR.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
