Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 23 day of April, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 38 and 39, Block 5648, Unit 85, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 49 through 58, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
