NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052421 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2005-C, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2005-C under the Pooling and Servicing agreement dated Sept 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Michael Sergent, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Indymac Bank, F.S.B., The Unknown Spouse of Michael Sergent n/k/a Kathy Sergent, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 20 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
