NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-052143 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and CRAIG CHAMBERLAIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG CHAMBERLAIN; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHRISTINA CHAMBERLAIN A/K/A CHRISTINA LYNN CHAMBERLAIN, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TRENTON MICHAEL CHAMBERLAIN, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH CRAIG CHAMBERLAIN, HIS NATURAL GUARDIAN are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 4, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 30, SUN COAST ESTATES, UNRECORDED, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 824, PAGE 835, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1979 RITZ-CRAFT, INC. DOUBLE-WIDE MOBILE HOME CONTAINING VIN #'S VM1021870A AND VM1021870B
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
