NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-051772 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and MAMIE SETTERQUIST; COACH HOMES V AT MOODY RIVER ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ; THE MOODY RIVER ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 4, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1804, BUILDING 18, OF COACH HOMES V AT MOODY RIVER ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005000179171, AND AS AMENDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
