NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 000592 ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and BECKY WANAMAKER A/K/A BECKY M. WANAMAKER, WAYNE M WANAMAKER, II, BECKY M. WANAMAKER, TRUSTEE OF THE BECKY M. WANAMAKER REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 14, 2006, WAYNE M. WANAMAKER, II, TRUSTEE OF THE WAYNE M. WANAMAKER, II REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 14, 2006, BALLANTRAE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR WMC MORTGAGE CORP., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST BECKY M. WANAMAKER REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 14, 2006, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE WAYNE M. WANAMAKER, II REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 14, 2006, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, unknown trustees, settlers and beneficiaries of Wayne M. Wanamaker, II Revocable Trust, dated December 14, 2006 are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of April, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 21, Block 1 of BALLANTRAE Villages 3A and 3B, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 50, Page(s) 49-62, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
