NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007492ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and STACEY L. MINTON; DAVID M. SONS and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of April, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 136.69 FEET OF TRACT 61 LESS SOUTH 15.00 FT THEREOF FOR ROAD PURPOSES TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 50.00 FEET OF THE EAST 186.69 FEET OF TRACTS 52 AND 61 OF THE SAID PLAT OF ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 55, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
