NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51 2012 CA 2290 CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST, SERIES 2005 3, is Plaintiff, and Juan Carlos Izaguirre, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
