BELL-PHELPS A/K/A SUSAN BELL PHELPS; SAMUEL ALAN PHELPS A/K/A SAMUEL A. PHELPS; WYNDTREE PHASE III - VILLAGES 5 & 7 ASSOCIATION, INC.; WYNDTREE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVE STOPERA; TENANT #2 N/K/A ANNIE STOPERA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 4/21/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
