NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21 , 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-005978-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC5 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. JENNIGES; VICTORIA A. JENNIGES; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 28747 MIDNIGHT STAR LOOP, WESLEY CHAPEL, FLORIDA, 33543; AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 28747 MIDNIGHT STAR LOOP, WESLEY CHAPEL, FLORIDA 33543 are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11 AM EST on the 28TH day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 7, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 5 UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 143-149 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
