NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 25, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-002631ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is Plaintiff and PLESHETTE CHAPMAN, THOMAS CHAPMAN, THOMAS L. CHAPMAN, PLESHETTE M. CHAPMANPLESHETTE CHAPMAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of April, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South ½ of the North ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 4, Township 24 south, Range 18 East, Pasco County, Florida, except the West 30 feet for road right of way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
