To the Defendants TURTLE LAKES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., 117-A Lake Francisco Plaza, Lutz, FL 33549 and all others whom it may concern:
You are hereby notified that an action to foreclose a mortage lien on the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 120, TURTLE LAKES UNIT 3 PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 107 and 108, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael C. Caborn, Esquire, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 390 N. Orange Avenue, Suite 1500, Orlando, Florida 32801, on or before 30 days from the date of the 1st publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. See §49.09, Fla. Stat. This Notice of Action shall be published once during each week for two (2) consecutive weeks under §49.10(c), Fla. Stat.
