NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2015, and entered in 09-CA-018255 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF LEE A. JACKSON, DECEASED; PAULETTA D. SALOMON; TRINITA R. OLIVER; ALVEETA J. BERKHALL; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; COVEWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEE AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LEE A. JACKSON, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 1, OF COVEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGES 258 THROUGH 265, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
