NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25 February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-024375 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Ada C. Clark, Individually and As Personal Representative of the Estate of Troy Edward Clark a/k/a Troy Edward Clark, Deceased, Andy Edward Clark, Jr., Grand Central at Kennedy Master Property Owners' Association, Inc., Grand Central at Kennedy Residences Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all others who may claim and interest in the Estate of Troy Clark a/k/a Troy Edward Clark, Deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 15th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 07-09W, BUILDING W, GRAND CENTRAL AT KENNEDY RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPUNTENANT THERETO; ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17300, BIGINNING AT PAGE 730, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 35 AND FURTHER RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, OAGE 188, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING SURVEYOR'S ERROR AFFIDAVIT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17655, PAGE 1645, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
