NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 3, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-015107 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and TAURRAN R. CONEY A/K/A TAURRAN CONEY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, RENAISSANCE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A JANE DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAURRAN R. CONEY A/K/A TAURRAN CONEY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of April, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

H-12411-201, OF RENAISSANCE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15820, PAGE 1951, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JANUARY 17, 2006, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15997 AT PAGE 0921, AND AS FURTHER AMENDED BY SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED FEBRUARY 1, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16066, AT PAGE 0210, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
