NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 26 February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-011261 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, as successor-in-interest to Bank of America, N.A., as Trustee, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the holders of the Accredited Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-3 Asset Backed Notes, is the Plaintiff and James W. Kramer, as an Heir of the Estate of Wayne C. Kramer, deceased, Kathleen L. Scott Wysong a/k/a Kathleen L. Scottwysong, as an Heir of the Estate of Wayne C. Kramer, deceased, RBS Citizens, National Association, successor in interest to Charter One Bank, N.A., Tammy Renee Kramer f/k/a Tammy R.
