NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-013166 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AHL2, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF STEVEN R. ALLTOP A/K/A STEVEN RAY ALLTOP. DECEASED, ZACHARY DANE ALLTOP, DEANNA J. ALLTOP, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS NATURAL GUARDIAN AND NEXT BEST FRIEND OF ALICIA NICOLE ALLTOP, A MINOR CHILD, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THE ESTATE OF STEVEN R. ALLTOP A/K/A STEVEN RAY ALLTOP, DECEASED, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons and parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

THE NORTH 272.25 FEET OF THE SOUTH 577.5 FEET OF THE EAST 140 FEET OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, AND THE SOUTH 241 FEET OF THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 13 AND THE NORTH 31.25 FEET OF THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 12 OF SUNSHINE ACRES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27 OF PAGE 118 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
