NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2015, and entered in 14-CC-007178 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein RIVER BEND OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR PIERCE; et al are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on May 1, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 8, map or plat entitled “RIVER BEND PHASE 1A”, as recorded in Plat Book 0104, Page 0127, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
