NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 16TH day of March, 2015, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 24, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 2, Block 12, Berkeley Square, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 55 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 12478 Berkeley Square Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
